Welcome to Luxerides (London) Limited (“Luxerides”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) establish the agreement between Luxerides (London) Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and passengers (“Passenger,” “You,” or “Your”) utilising private hire services provided by the Company. By making a booking and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Definitions
In these Terms:
“Booking” refers to the agreement for the provision of a Private Hire service as per these Terms and Conditions.
“Job” denotes the actual journey that the customer undertakes in line with the Booking.
“Driver” signifies the licensed Private Hire driver operating the Vehicle for the purpose of completing the Booking.
“Vehicle” pertains to the TPH approved and licensed Private Hire Vehicle used to fulfil the Booking.
“Customer” refers to the person making the Booking or traveling in the Vehicle and responsible for payment.
“Booker” signifies the individual confirming the Booking details.
“Pick Up Date” stands for the date the Customer requires the minicab for pick-up.
“Pick Up Time” refers to the time the Customer requires the minicab for pick-up.
“Contact Details” denotes the phone number of the person traveling in the Vehicle and/or the person making the booking.
“Pick Up Location” represents the address or geographical point for pick-up.
1.2 Definitions
“Drop Off Location” signifies the address or geographical point where the service ends.
“Quotation” refers to the value of the Booking based on provided information at the time of booking.
“Confirmed” signifies agreement that all Booking details are correct and that the Customer proceeds with the Booking.
Final Price” stands for the total price of the service, including additional charges or surcharges that we add after confirming the Booking.
“Pre-Booked Bookings” signifies Confirmed Bookings scheduled for a future date.
“Parking Charges” refers to fees incurred when parking in restricted zones.
“Drop Off Charge” signifies fees incurred when entering restricted parking zones.
“Flight Number” represents the identification number of a timetabled aircraft journey.
“Airport Wait Time” refers to the requested delay between flight landing and actual pick-up time.
“Airport Transfers and Train Transfers” refers to any major Airport or Train station which allows for international and domestic flights or train journeys
“Cancellation Fee” Signifies the fee charged for not adhering to the cancellation procedure. Calculated as 25% of the Final Price.
An “Hourly Booking” refers to a reservation that operates on an hourly schedule, beginning with a minimum time requirement.
“Waiting Time” denotes the time the Driver waits after the Pick Up Time.
“No Show” signifies the Customer failing to use a Confirmed Booking.
“Run Off” refers to when the Customer fails to pay for a completed Job.
2. Making a Booking
2.1 You can make a booking through phone, app, website, or email.
2.2 The passenger is responsible for providing accurate information is essential at the time of booking, including Pick Up Date, Pick Up Time, Pick Up Location, Drop Off Location, and Contact Details.
2.3 You need to inform us about any special requirements, like transporting children or pets, when you make your booking. The Company reserves the right to refuse special requests if not legally obligated.
2.4 We base our quotations on the information you share with us and confirm them once you accept.
2.5 Any additional requirements or changes after confirmation may affect the Final Price.
2.6 The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings suspected of involving illegal or immoral activities.
3. Waiting Time
3.1 Each Booking includes a 10-minute free waiting period.
3.2 Waiting Time starts when the Driver arrives at the confirmed Pick Up Locatio.
3.3 Additional charges apply for waiting beyond the free waiting period.
3.4 Different rules apply for Airport Transfers and “Airport Wait Time.”
4. Payment
4.1 Payment methods include cash, card (in vehicle where available) or online.
4.2 Digital receipts are provided via email; no paper receipts.
4.3 If a card payment fails, we may request an alternative payment method.
5. Airport Transfers and Train Transfers
5.1 All clauses apply, with exceptions for Airport Transfers and Train Transfers.
5.2 The Final Price includes Parking Charges and Drop Off Charges.
5.3 Airport Pick Up Locations require the Flight Number and Airport Wait Time.
5.4 The customer is responsible to provide accurate flight times and details, if there are any a changes to flights the customer must notify us via email or whatsapp as soon reasonably practicable.
5.4 The Company tracks flight numbers online but is not liable for discrepancies.
5.5 The Drivers will arrive 15 minutes after the flight has landed, allowing for a complimentary 45-minute wait time. Beyond this period, Customers will be charged £0.40 per minute for waiting.
5.6 In the event that a Customer brings excessive luggage, posing a safety concern for the driver to transport both the luggage and passengers, an additional fee for a secondary vehicle may apply.
5.7 LuxeRides reserves the right to review and modify the pricing of any booking at any time. However, the customer will receive a notification at least 24 hours in advance regarding any pricing changes. If the customer does not respond within this timeframe, it implies their agreement to the revised pricing.
5.8 For Round Trip Bookings Customers are responsible for providing Pick Up Date,Pick Up Time and Pick Up Location for the return trip
6. Hourly Booking
6.1 Hourly booking start from the time Pick Up Time once the Driver arrives at the Pick Up Location.
6.2 The Driver will wait at the Pick Up Location which will count towards the Hourly Booking.
6.3 A minimum of 2 hours is required for Hourly Booking.
6.4. At the end of the Hourly Booking the Driver will allow for a additional 15 minutes to allow for the Driver to drop the Customer of at the desired location.
6.5 Any time after the complimentary the booking will be charged per 30 minutes.
6.6 Customers can request to increase their Hourly Booking during the Booking by 30 , 60 or 90 minutes intervals.
6.7 The Customer will receive an invoice for any additional time which will be payable with 7 days from the date of Booking.
7. Cancelling a Booking
7.1 A minimum of three hours’ notice is required for cancellations from Pick Up Location. The same applies for Airport Transfers and Train Transfers.
7.2 A minimum of six hours’ notice is needed for non-London Pick Up Location.
7.3 Failure to comply may result in a Cancellation Fee.
7.4 The Company may cancel if there is no contact upon expiration of the free waiting time (No Show).
7.5 Luxerides reserves the right to charge a higher Cancellation Fee if necessary due to failure on part of the Customer to notify us of the cancellation or provide correct details to carry out the booking.
7.6 Luxerides reserves the right to cancel any Booking it sees fit if there are any suspicion of illegal or improper use of our services.
8. Limitations and Exclusions
8.1 The Company is not liable for loss or damage to certain goods or property.
8.2 Limitations of liability apply, including the exclusion of consequential loss.
9. Eating and Drinking
9.1 Consumption of alcohol is prohibited unless preauthorised.
9.2 Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is prohibited unless preauthorised.
10. Changes to Company Information
The Company LUXERIDES (LONDON) LIMITED, registered under company number 15087787, with a registered office address at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
The Company is licenced to carry out private hire pre booked trips under the licence no 0107650101 by Transport of London.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
